  • Small Group Training(AKA semi-private training) is focused on YOU and YOUR goals. With just 1 to 2 others in your sessions, we are able to provide a more personalized fitness coaching experience.

  • Let’s break it down! Let’s focus on our 3 month commitment options.

    2x/week option breaks down to $62 per session, and the 3x/week option further reduces the cost to $58 per session. A 60 minute Personal Training session can cost $130+!

    And you are getting a couple other athletes in the same session which tends to bring added energy and an extra layer of accountability. Most of our FOCUS members start coordinating their session times with each other because they love having their favorite workout parter.

  • The hardest part of any routine isn’t just starting it — it’s sticking with it when life gets busy. That’s where FOCUS shines. You’re not doing this alone.

    You’ll have a coach in your corner during every session, keeping you on track and pushing you toward your goals. But the support doesn’t stop there — you’ll also have access to your FOCUS coach through our training app between sessions.

    Whether you’re low on motivation, celebrating a win, working through nutrition questions, or just need a little reassurance — we’re here for all of it.
