How do I know if this gym is right for me?
The best way to find out is with a Free Intro Session at CrossFit Echo Park. You’ll meet one-on-one with a coach, discuss your goals, tour the facility, and try a short workout. You’ll also get to experience our welcoming community firsthand!
How clean is the gym?
Very! We take pride in keeping CrossFit Echo Park spotless and safe. Our cleaning protocol includes daily sanitization of equipment, regular deep cleans of floors, and maintenance of machines.
Where is CrossFit Echo Park located?
We’re at 1016 N Alvarado St in Echo Park, Los Angeles — close to Silver Lake and Downtown LA. Our gym is easy to reach and surrounded by plenty of local coffee shops and restaurants.
What if I’ve never done CrossFit before?
No problem! At CrossFit Echo Park in Los Angeles, we welcome all fitness levels. If you’re brand new — or it’s been a while — we’ll start you with our Elements sessions, which are one-on-one workouts to introduce the fundamentals. Each session includes a teaching portion and a practice workout, so you feel confident and prepared before jumping into group classes.
Do you have a CrossFit kids program?
Yes! Our CrossFit Kids classes are for ages 5–13 and are led by Dr. Luke, our in-house ER physician and certified CrossFit coach. These fun, age-appropriate workouts help kids build confidence, coordination, and healthy habits. For details and schedules, visit the Kids tab on our site.
Will I fit in?
Absolutely! Our members and coaches come from all walks of life, and we’re proud of our diverse, supportive community. Whether you’re new to fitness or experienced, you’ll feel welcome, included, and encouraged.
Is there parking?
While we don’t have a private lot(good ol’ fashioned Los Angeles), there’s plenty of street parking around the gym. We also provide a parking map with details on meter hours and nearby spots — just contact us and we’ll send it your way.
